Corporate cultural standard is defined as the fundamental beliefs, shared values, common assumptions and integrations that contribute in creating a unique social environment of an organization. The current cultural environment of the US has compelled the modern companies to create authentic opportunities, collaborations, transparency, flexibility and profound sense of purpose among its employees. “Netflix way” grants every employee the ability to criticize anyone at their discretion concerning their job performance by encouraging independent decision making.
